Naomi Leader is a singer, dancer, and actress. She attended Trinity Lutheran College from Prep to year twelve and graduated in 2013. Naomi had dance lessons from three years of age and fell in love with acting when she played the role of Toto in Trinity’s school musical, The Wizard of Oz when in prep. Her passion for the performing arts continued throughout her schooling.

After graduating, Naomi moved to Sydney to further her career where she attended ED5 International and received her Performing Arts Diploma in Musical Theatre and Commercial Dance. Shortly after graduating she was offered a 13-month contract with Universal Studios Singapore as their lead singer and dancer in the Mel’s Dinette Show. Another Singapore contract, through Millennium Entertainment, saw her as show host for Barney the purple dinosaur in the ’Barney’s Beach Party’ show.

A stint in America saw Naomi further enhance her dance and choreography skills and train under some of the world’s leading choreographers in L.A. While there, she indulged in her other passion, song writing, and worked with music producers on her EP ‘Is This Ideal’. Upon returning to Australia, Naomi toured the country as a supporting dancer with Grammy award-winning singer/songwriter Eric Bellinger.

In 2021 Naomi choreographed and starred in a musical dance sequence in the short film, Rapid. She was also an ensemble member of Packemin Productions, Wicked and was Vanessa Amorosi's backup dancer for her Sydney tour. A foray into film and Television saw her play Jackie Weaver’s body double in  Secret City. Naomi’s rock/pop energy has allowed her to gig around Sydney as the lead singer for several bands including Cover Story, Total Addiction and Blue Ride band for the past seven years.

Since moving back to the Gold Coast, Naomi performed in ‘Dancing CEOs’ as one of their core dancers which performed at Brisbane City Hall in May and will be performing at The Star in August.
