After graduating from Trinity with the class of ‘95, Hayden spent just long enough in a career as a Civil Engineer to work out that he enjoyed people stuff more than engineering stuff, which led to new adventures in the non-profit sector. An invitation to lead and manage the community radio station now known as Juice1073 turned out to be an ideal opportunity to learn about community collaboration and catch a glimpse of it’s incredible potential to unlock much-needed answers to complex social problems.
Hayden now helps community, business and government leaders to work collaboratively delivering innovative solutions to our community’s social needs, with a current focus on Domestic and Family Violence.
Hayden is married to Jess and is excited to have two boys almost old enough to join him on Spearfishing trips.
