By submitting this form you agree you are placing an order for perpetual naming rights on a seat at the Junior Aquatic Centre. 

Once the form is received you will be contacted by our Foundation Team to discuss payment options and next steps (including the design of your Lego piece). 

Payment installment plans can be made from as little as $20 per week across a 12 month period - interest-free. The total purchase price for each seat is $1,000.
